Indian River is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION
Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in SNF Setting, must be PT, OT or
ST licensed in New York. Experience with PPS, Part B and CMI preferred.
Indian River has 7 Day week IN-HOUSE comprehensive rehabilitation program.
Experienced Rehab Team in place.
LPN’s for all shifts full-time or per diem, every other weekend, and new per diem rates available
